It will present a tool that provides insight into:\n\n\n the effectiveness and impact of a program/service\; \n the marketplace in which the organization operates\; \n determining the financial ramifications of program delivery\; and\n revealing where mission impact and financial sustainability intersect.\n\n\nThe ability to make good choices about where you invest your resources--time\, staff and dollars--is essential to the health and success of every nonprofit.
