Toxic leadership is all too common in the nonprofit world\, and as young professionals\, we can do something about it.\n\n\n\nDuring the conversation with Dr. Kevin Sansberry\, participants will learn why toxic leadership is so prevalent and how we can work to become better leaders for our organizations and communities.\n\n \nHere's what to expect:\n\n\n Dr. Sansberry will share his expertise and research on toxic leadership. \n Together\, we will hold space for stories and sharing in small groups\, and also look for ways to improve culture and support each other around this topic.\n Dr. Sansberry will lead a live podcast for the Toxic Leadership Podcast as a unique way to dive deeper. \n\n\nPresenter\n\n\n\nDr. Kevin Sansberry II is a behavioral scientist and executive coach with expertise in toxic leadership\, human capital strategy\, and creating inclusive cultures of belonging to enhance organization performance.\n\nOver the years\, Kevin has focused on providing research-informed solutions in various settings such as higher education\, nonprofit\, sales\, and corporate environments.\n\nKevin is a certified consultant through Myers Briggs Foundation\, the Center for Conflict Dynamics as a certified workplace mediator and certified executive life coach through The Raynor Institute.\n\nKevin completed his doctorate in business administration from The University of Missouri-St. Louis studying the impact of abusive supervision on the organizational culture/climate\, and employee coping behaviors. Kevin received his MBA from The University of Missouri-Kansas City with an emphasis in leadership & change in human systems and general management.
