The research in this annual report estimates all giving to charitable organizations across the United States.\n\n\n\nPresenter Dr. Patrick Rooney offers a first look at the soon-to-be released and widely anticipated 2020 edition of Giving USA. He will offer critical observations about current giving trends and where philanthropy is headed in the United States. \n\n\n\nA program of the 501(c) Success National Speaker Series. This series brings prominent thought leaders to Kansas City to discuss the latest nonprofit research and trends. \n\nPresenter:\n\n\n\nPatrick M. Rooney\, Ph.D.\, is the Executive Associate Dean for Academic Programs\; Professor of Economics and Philanthropic Studies at the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University. He is a nationally recognized expert on philanthropy and charitable giving and speaks frequently across the country on issues related to philanthropy and management of nonprofit organizations. \n\nContinuing Education:\n\n\n\nFull participation in this program is applicable for 1.0 points in Category 1.B ?
