DESCRIPTION:The Virtual Executive Director Institute (EDI) is designed exclusively for executive directors. The curriculum aims to expand participants' skill base in these key areas of nonprofit leadership:\n\n	Nonprofit Trends\n	Leadership Challenges and Opportunities\n	Operations\n	Board Management\n	Strategic Planning\n	Resource & Fund Development\n	Marketing/Communications & Media Relations\n	Organization & Productivity\n	Stress Reduction & Work/Life Balance\n\nTopic experts\, business leaders and seasoned executive directors bring hands-on\, real world experience to the bi-monthly sessions held via Zoom. In addition to delivering the training and information you need to perform better\, EDI enables you to build relationships\, share information\, and gain support from your nonprofit executive peers. To read more about EDI curriculum\, takeaways and guidelines\, please click here. \n\n\n\nDates:\nThe Executive Director Institute consists of twelve bi-monthly\, half-day sessions\, held via Zoom\, from 9:00 a.m. to Noon\, on the following Tuesdays:\n\n\n	January 11 & 25\, 2022\n	February 8 & 22\, 2022\n	March 8 & 29\, 2022\n	April 12 & 26\, 2022\n	May 10 & 24\, 2022\n	June 7 & 21\, 2022\n\n\nGuidelines:\n\n\n	Participating organizations must must have tax exempt status and be Nonprofit Connect members. (Not a member? Learn more.)\n	The Executive Director role must be a paid position.\n	Participants commit to attending all twelve sessions.\n	If accepted\, tuition must be paid in full by January 7 to reserve a seat in the class.\n\n\nApplication:\nSelection for participation in EDI is by application.  The application deadline has passed for the 2022 session of EDI. Please reach out to info@npconnect.org to be put on the waiting list for the 2023 session.\n\n \n\nCancellation/Program Policies:\n\nNo refunds will be processed within 3 business days of the program date. No shows will be billed. Nonprofit Connect may take photographs\, screenshots\, or video recordings at public and virtual events\, so we ask that you read our Privacy Policy for more information.
