She was promoted 2 years ago to the management team and is now\, Community Relationships Director for KSHB 41 and KCMI\, 38 The Spot. When Cynthia came to Kansas City\, she knew she wanted to get involved in helping the community. She didn't waste any time. In 1997\, her first year in town. Cynthia founded\, Awesome Ambitions. It's a college and career readiness program for 8th through 12th grade girls in the Kansas City metro. That program is now in its 28th year and more than 3\,000 girls have participated in Awesome Ambitions. \n\n\nCancellation/Program Policies:\nNo refunds will be processed after January 27\, 2025 .
