DESCRIPTION:Tough workplace situations are a fact of life\, but sometimes a warm drink and a decompressing conversation will do the trick to ease the stress! Join Connext in coffee and conversation with some of KC's nonprofit leaders to discuss dealing with the conflict life can throw our way. Light refreshments and beverages will be served. \n\n\n\nParticipants are encouraged to use this opportunity as a safe space to discuss conflicts and stress in their workplace (or "spill the tea"). We hope you take the learning with you after the event and leave any specifics behind. \n\n\nSpeakers \n\nSpeakers will be announced closer to the event.\n\n \n\nProgram Policies\n \n\nNonprofit Connect may take photographs\, screenshots\, or video recordings at public and virtual events\, so we ask that you read our Privacy Policy for more information. Each registration is for one individual.
