SUMMARY:Webinar: Leading Leaders to Change
DESCRIPTION:Growth-minded organizations are increasingly moving away from a "do more with less" mindset. They're embracing a "change capable" approach that aligns with their boldest vision. Join us for insights and best practices in managing change that every nonprofit leader can build upon\, especially in today's extraordinary climate. Among the takeaways:\n\n\n	Learn strategies and practical ways to integrate a growth mindset in a culture that may or may not be ready for change\; \n	Learn how/what to communicate to donors and stakeholders as your organization adapts to changes from the COVID-19 crisis\;\n	Learn why the most change-ready teams view adapting as both a survival skill and a success skill.\n\n\nPresenters:\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRozanne Prather is a development and communications professional who partners with CEOs\, development directors\, and socialpreneurs to maximize their organization's donor engagement\, fundraising capacity\, and community impact. After serving 15 years in rewarding executive roles at two of the city's cornerstone organizations Catholic Charities and Truman Medical Centers in 2017\, she began consulting in partnership with the Encore Institute for Social Impact. \n\n\n\nRozanne has led and supported organizations of all sizes\, sectors\, and complexities - in boom times\, as well as times of adversity and crisis. Through it all\, she's found the greatest success in cultivating donors\, meeting community needs\, inspiring teams\, and moving forward - always forward - begins with a change capable mindset.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJarrod Sanderson is a listener\, leader\, influencer\, difference maker\, and solution builder with a history of successful organization transformation and change management. Jarrod combines his education and background in direct service with his desire to help nonprofit organizations operate at the highest level. \n\nHis nonprofit experience spans 15+ years across sectors that include clinical counseling\, housing\, and youth\, family and senior services. He has led social service departments and programs through change-heavy processes such as: downsizing\, program merger\, rapid scale up\, and disaster response business continuity. He also provides consulting services to help organizations develop an environment and culture that supports this thinking and practice.
