This new report\, based on over 5\,000 responses collected from a 2019 survey\, builds upon the findings of previous reports and explores new insights on race and leadership in the sector.\n\n \n\nRace to Lead Revisited presents three key findings\, which will be discussed during this webinar:\n\n \n\n 1. The original Race to Lead report is still relevant three years later.\n\n 2. There is a white advantage in the nonprofit sector.\n\n 3. She has over fifteen years of experience forming and cultivating partnerships with diverse stakeholders in non-profit\, corporate and government sectors. She has served as Director of Latino Cultural Arts Division and Director of Development for Mattie Rhodes Center\, as an interpreter\, an adjunct Spanish instructor\, and most recently as the Arts Marketing Coordinator for the Office of Culture and Creative Services\, City of Kansas City\, Missouri. \n\n\n\n\n\nGodfrey Riddle\, MPA is the Director of Resource Development for ArtsKC - Regional Arts Council and previously worked with Rightfully Sewn and Kansas City Friends of Alvin Ailey. Godfrey founded ArtsKC's Arts Leadership Series to cultivate diverse arts nonprofit leaders. He is an alumnus of AmeriCorps VISTA and CORO KC and serves on the board for BlaqOut\, a grassroots initiative to end HIV/AIDS in Kansas City's Black queer community.
