16th Annual Bike for the Brain Bicycle Ride
Bike for the Brain (B4B) will host its 16th annual community bicycle ride on Labor Day, Monday, September 6. B4B is excited to announce that beginning this year Mental Health America of the Heartland will officially be operating the annual Bike for the Brain Ride. This event increases public awareness that all people have the potential to recover from mental health disorders; that these are brain-based emotional, behavioral, and cognitive experiences that are common to many people. It's a healthy and fun way to reduce stigma and increase awareness of mental health disorders.
