Webinar: Volunteer Engagement - Adapting to Our New Reality
The coronavirus pandemic and associated response has changed our way of life, including how we think about and engage volunteers. We know some of you have ceased engaging volunteers, while others have adapted practices to meet new health and gathering restrictions, and still others are exploring new ways to leverage volunteers safely to deliver on your mission.
Beth Steinhorn, President, VQ Volunteer Strategies, joins us to share her thoughts about volunteer engagement in today’s “new normal.” Participate in this webinar to:
- Hear how organizations across the region and the nation are engaging volunteers and adapting practices;
- Gain tools and guidelines to consider in your engagement efforts moving forward;
- Share some of your new practices and lessons learned; and
- Explore solutions together.
All participants will receive a template to use in developing their own Volunteer Engagement Response Plan for COVID-19.
