Indirect costs\, or overhead\, typically make up a very small portion of the grant\, with the majority of funds being restricted to programs. However\, trends indicate more and more funders are open to supporting your work more holistically\, including general operating costs.\n\n\n\nThe conventional 10% for indirect costs\, with the right negotiation tactics\, can increase to double\, even triple\, or more!
