Volunteer Opportunity

Volunteer Ambassadors - Help Welcome & Assist Blood Donors
Saving lives nas never been so fun!
As a Volunteer Ambassador, you will be a critical part of our mobile blood drive team by supporting donors through the blood donation process.  By providing amazing customer service, observation for possible adverse reactions after donation, and passing out cookies, chips and other snacks to donors, our ambassadors make the difference in ensuring a consistent blood supply in your community. Plus they play the VERY inmportant role of thanking donors, before they leave the drive, for their life-saving gift..

Volunteer Ambassadors will need to complete a background check, a brief training and orientation and have some daytime and/or weekend availability. We do ask volunteers to commit to at least 2 shifts/month or a minimum of 12 hours over at least 6 months of service.  Minimum age: 14. No court-appointed community service hour applications are accepted at this time.
