Legal Expertise Description
The position is responsible for providing counsel on contractual documents/requirements, risk identification/mitigation, legal oversight and translating legal concepts and information for board members and staff who do not have legal backgrounds.  
Our organization carries directors and officers (D&O) liability insurance – YES
(D&O insurance protects board members against a breach of "duty" in the event of any actual or alleged error, misstatement, omission, or misleading statement.)
