Mission Impact & Administrative Manager

Job Description
The Mission Impact and Administrative Manager will oversee the setup and execution of our weekly programs, provide support to create a remarkable member experience, serve as the point of contact for onsite catering and event space rental and will serve as the strategic and administrative partner to the CEO.

Principal Responsibilities: 
  • Manage logistics for speakers and programs during the planning and day-of execution of the event.
    • Work with speakers to obtain bio, headshot and any materials required to make the event successful.
    • Upload event details in Growthzone, CRM database, including writing a creative description to effectively market each event, in coordination with Director of Marketing & Communications.
    • Create Facebook and Eventbrite events for each program.
    • Setup links for virtual programming and be available for livestream support during programming.
  • Manage the collection and reporting of program satisfaction data.
  • Attend programs and introduce speakers as needed, being available for tech support should issues arise.
  • Run reports for corporate partners and track voucher usage each month.
  • Contribute to the overall remarkable experience of our members by greeting members, responding to member communications in person, via phone and email and modeling our mission and vision.
  • Coordinate details and logistics for on-site and off-site catering for individuals and companies.
  • Track catering analytics to report on success of events.
  • Serve as main point of contact for our Emerging Leaders Program
    • Send communications to participants
    • Coordinate graduation ceremonies
    • Enter and track data for registration, reconcile billing with the accounting department, send out invoices for enrollment
  • Provide administrative support to the President & CEO
    • Coordinate calendar and schedule committee and other meetings
    • Contribute to grant and blog writing
    • Identify strategic opportunities for speaking or community engagements that elevate the brand and awareness of Central Exchange
    • Participate in special projects and assignments to support the work of the President & CEO
    • Oversee board manual updates and track policy signatures for each director
  • Manage general office operations such as:
    • Answering phones
    • Greeting guests
    • Ordering office supplies and overseeing office machine maintenance
    • Monitor and order parking vouchers and postage
    • Manage internal events calendar
