Office Support Specialist

Inclusion Connections is looking for a highly organized and personable Office Support Specialist to support a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates will be responsible for the following: 
  • Manage daily administrative tasks as requested by Executive Director or Assistant Executive Director 
  • Maintain calendars and schedules 
  • Maintain and update the database accordingly 
  • Updates to backend website 
  • Track and report office supply needs 
  • Support logistics needs for board or committee meetings as needed 
  • Ensure accuracy of timesheets from staff 
  • Handling confidential information 
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, anticipated expenses and invoices paid 
The ideal candidate possesses: 
  • Three or more years of progressively responsible administrative support experience 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams,  
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills 
  • Proactive in resolving admin challenges 
 Education and Experience 
 Associates Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred and up to 3 years of related experience and/or training.
