Operations Manager

About Us: The Children’s Services Fund of Clay County is dedicated to supporting the mental health and behavioral wellbeing of Clay County children.  We are committed to making a meaningful impact on the future of our children through targeted grant awards and exceptional financial stewardship.  

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team.  This individual will play a critical role in defining and implementing the infrastructure needed to support the mission of the Fund.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
• Administrative Support:  Serve as direct support to the Executive Director.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve operational processes and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Grant Management: Support the grant management process by ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with funding requirements.
• Technology Management: Oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure and ensure that technology is effectively supporting the organization's needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with community partners, funders, and other stakeholders to support the organization’s goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred
• 3+ years of experience in operations management
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and other relevant software

• Salary Range:  $50,000 - $60,000
