Chief Behavioral Health Officer

EFL Associates is excited to partner with DCCCA in search of its next Chief Behavioral Health Officer. DCCCA has one of the best reputations in the state of Kansas for providing high-quality residential and outpatient treatment services, along with foster care prevention and placement services. 
The successful candidate must have:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• At least five years of clinical experience in direct service provision to adults and/or children in a behavioral health setting.
• A minimum of five years management experience (operations and financial).
• Understanding and appreciation of the value of lived experience and the use of PEERS best practices.
