Artist Services Program Officer (Artists 360 & Interchange)

Status: Full-Time; Non Exempt
Location: Remote Worker in the United States

You will work with the Artist Services team to implement and oversee all grant-based professional development programing for the division. You will oversee and implement the Artists 360 and Interchange program and any future programs that may develop. You will work directly with the Director of Artist Services to maintain programs' timelines, manage the application and selection processes, coordinate convening and events, and research and develop program curriculum.

You Will:

• Work with the Artist Services team to implement all of Artist Services grant-based professional development programs.
• Manage grant-based professional development program timelines.
• Oversee grant-based professional development programs recruitment and selection process.
• Oversee convenings and events connected to grant-based professional development programs. This includes managing event logistics and working with the Director of Artist Services to develop professional development content.
• Oversee programs' facilitators and services to programs' participants.
• Help develop grant-based program budgets.
• Build relationships with individual artists, facilitator team, and program partners and communities across the programs' networks.
• Support the Director of Artist Services in the research and recruitment of new partner organizations, funders, and grant opportunities.
• Work across Artist Services programs to support administrative tasks and facilitation across the Artist Services team.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Zoom meeting management. General familiarity with Salesforce and Adobe Creative Suite.
• 3+ years in the field of artist granting or professional development.
• Experience with (as a participant or facilitator) Artist INC, Artists 360, or Interchange is preferred but not required.
• Bilingualism is a preferred skill.
• Work within the nonprofit arts framework, with culturally diverse audiences and regional community arts service organizations, and with individual artists.

Working Conditions:

The working conditions include desk/computer work and you will need to travel to cultivate relationships with regional partners for Artists 360 and Interchange programs, attend conferences and convenings relevant to the field of artist professional development and artist services. You will need to carry event material for convenings.
