We are Hiring 2 people Part Time for this position.
With our Community Partners, Lee's Summit CARES pride itself on delivering solutions to a wide range of Community issues. We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team and continue our of success.  The ideal candidate will have a community focused mindset and an ability to create strategy to implement high level program initiatives. 
OBJECTIVES: 

• Strong ability to manage projects and timelines.
• Be data driven.
• Implement program protocols  for evaluation and improvement.
•  Maintain organizational standards of quality & performance.
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring  project goals are reached.
• Participate in outreach activities.
• Serve as the staff representative to the Youth Advisory Board.
• Maintain and build our Social Media Platforms..

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills Demonstrated skills working with a diverse group  of stakeholders.
• Strong skills in communication, writing, and attention to detail.
• Competency with Microsoft Office, Google Suits and managing social networks.
• The final candidate must successfully pass a criminal background check before begining employment. And show proof of Covid vaccination.
