Volunteer Coordinator VISTA

The VISTA will formalize current volunteer management systems in order to develop improved systems and databases. They will develop a plan to recruit, onboard, and retain current and new volunteers alongside strategies for continued support and retention of volunteers. The VISTA will also research and develop a strategy for quantitative and qualitative data gathering regarding volunteer demographics, hours & experiences in relationship to overall program goals while implementing sustainability measures and program continuity plan.

AmeriCorps VISTA: As a member of the VISTA program, you serve full time for one-year. You will build capacity in nonprofit organizations and public agencies to help them more effectively generate the commitment of private sector resources, encourage volunteer service at the local level, and empower individuals and communities.
