Whether it's your front-line volunteers, your Board of Directors, or your own career path, we're always seeking meaningful mentors. But how do we approach a potential mentor? What can we offer a mentee? Do we have to use a system or formula to make it work? And who has the time?

Join us for a thoughtful webinar with Hilary Hager, Senior Director of Volunteer Engagement with The Humane Society of the United States, and AnnMarie Thomas, Director of Membership, Communications, and Events with the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.

We will discuss
  • The power of a good mentor -- and mentee
  • How to get and give the most in a mentor relationship
  • How to set the stage to be purposeful, casual, and genuine while avoiding awkwardness and time depletion
  • Why everyone wants a mentor but no one wants to be a mentor -- and what you can do to overcome this challenge
