DESCRIPTION:Our sector depends on growing and maintaining the next generation of nonprofit professionals. A great way to increase your skills is to find a mentor. Join the Connext Board (formerly Young Nonprofit Professional Network of KC)\, in a conversational\, panel-style event. During this session\, we'll have current mentors\, career champions\, and past mentees share how to identify a mentor\, how to establish and navigate the mentor/mentee relationship\, and more. \n\n\n\nThis interactive session will use breakout rooms to encourage small group discussion and networking. You will have the opportunity to share your perspective\, ask questions\, and gain insight from your nonprofit peers.\n\n\n\nThis is a program of the Let's Connect Virtual Discussion Series. \n\nSpeakers:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nConnext (formerly YNPNkc) provides learning and networking opportunities for the next generation of nonprofit leaders. We welcome people of all ages and professions\, although most of our members are in their 20s and 30s and working in the nonprofit sector.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou!\n\nYour active participation is highly encouraged. No one has all of the solutions\, but everyone has something worth contributing.
