This is the second of three webinars exploring the idea of strategic partnerships. Our goal is to acquaint executive directors, board members and key staff with an array of strategic partnership options and related principles and practices.
While strategic restructuring can maximize efficiency and enhance mission impact, the process to get from point A to point B requires a thoughtful, sequenced, and highly collaborative approach.
This interactive webinar will provide an overview of the six major phases in the strategic restructuring process – assessment, resolution, negotiation, agreement, implementation, and integration. Drawing from case studies, participants will be provided with guidance on how to approach a potential strategic collaboration and the complementary yet distinct roles of board and staff in the process.
