As a Board Member, you’ll help shape our vision, support our growth, and ensure we continue to provide a safe, inspiring space where young people build confidence, discipline, and leadership through the arts. The treasurer of the non-profit shall keep the non-profit books setting forth full and accurate accounts of all receipts and disbursements; deposit and disburse money and render an account of all transactions and the financial condition of the corporation as required by the president and/or the board of directors; and perform such other duties as may be delegated by the board of directors.

The secretary of the non-profit shall preserve the books of the non-profit, including true minutes of proceedings in all board meetings; shall keep custody of the seal of the non-profit and have the authority to affix it to all instruments where its use is required; and give all notices required by statute, bylaw or resolution.

M.A.R.C.H. is looking for five to seven community members to serve on the following special committees: Strategic Planning, On-boarding, Annual Conference, Fundraising, and Bi-Law Review. We are looking for community members with a wide range of skills to help M.A.R.C.H. expand its services and community presence.
