Long term volunteering opportunity

Through volunteering at MOCSA, you join a community of diverse individuals who are dedicated to ending sexual violence in our society. MOCSA has many opportunities for Volunteers interested in serving their community, including Hospital Advocacy, Crisis Line and Project Aware (Education).

Transformation Visitation Home (TVH) is a young, growing nonprofit dedicated to supporting families navigating the court system. We provide safe, welcoming spaces for supervised visits and wraparound services that strengthen family bonds, reduce trauma, and foster resilience. TVH is seeking passionate leaders to join our Board of Directors and help guide our mission as we continue to gain traction and expand our impact in the community.

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) are appointed by the judges in each county to advocate for the best interests of a child in foster care. CASAs meet with the child or children on a regular basis, consult with professionals, including the foster care workers, attorneys, and schools, as well as gather information from family members and foster placements. CASAs spend an average of 10-12 hours per month on their assigned case.
