About Us

DCCCA provides social and community services to improve the safety, health, and well-being of those we serve throughout Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.

From the CEO, program directors, therapists and counselors, case managers, program improvement team, peers, support specialists, to the administrative team, we would not be able to provide quality programming without each individual.

We strive to provide a company culture that invites our employees to learn, to grow, and to lead. We encourage and support healthy lives and place a high value on family and self-care. Our work is often highly emotional, and we believe in the principles of Trauma Informed Care, not only for the clients and families we serve, but also for our employees.

We believe that if we train and empower our employees to grow, they will choose to employ those skills with DCCCA.
