Regal Health and Wellness is a community-based organization committed to empowering women and families through a holistic approach to health and well-being. Our signature initiative, RES-Q-YOU * RES-Q-HER, was established to address disparities in under-resourced communities by providing comprehensive, wrap-around services centered on Beauty, Health, and Success. Through education, advocacy, and empowerment, we equip women with the tools to thrive — physically, mentally, and economically — while creating pathways for long-term social and systemic change.
