- Recognize and implement reasonable accommodations for employee success and customer access
- Understand and utilize the various forms of telecommunication relay services
- Identify additional communication technology and applications
- Appropriately determine effective communication strategies
Refreshments are included and will be served beginning at 5:30 PM. The training will begin at 6:00 PM and end at 8:00 PM
All participants will receive a certificate courtesy of The Whole Person at the end of the session. The registration fee will go directly to our hosts and trainers in recognition of the labor, time and expertise they are sharing with us.
