DREAMS KC Board Member Opportunity

About DREAMS KC
DREAMS KC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to eradicating illiteracy—one parent, one child at a time. We empower families with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to help their children become strong, independent readers. Our programs, such as Parent Literacy Training, Decodable Book Walks, and Literacy Hubs, are designed to ensure that literacy is not just taught but lived in homes and communities across Kansas City and beyond.

Why Serve on the Board?
Becoming a DREAMS KC board member means stepping into a leadership role that helps shape the future of literacy in our community. Board members provide governance, strategic direction, and oversight to ensure our programs thrive.
