Individual members and nonmembers can submit their opportunities for $25 per week.

Help Prepare a Home for a Local Family
Urban Neighborhood Initiative (UNI) is seeking 2–4 volunteers to assist with a small outdoor cleanup project in the Wendell Phillips Downtown East neighborhood before June 1, 2026. Volunteers will help collect and bag small rocks and debris outside a recently renovated, income-restricted home being prepared for a family purchasing their first home. The project will take approximately three hours, and UNI will coordinate debris disposal with the city. This is a meaningful opportunity to support affordable homeownership and neighborhood revitalization in Kansas City.
