Organizational Impact Coordinator

Schedule: 30 hours/week; full time with a flexible schedule 
Salary: $40,000–$45,000 annually
 
The Opportunity
JCRB|AJC is seeking an organized, collaborative, and adaptable Organizational Impact Coordinator to support the organization across Development, Operations, Administration, Finance, Programs, and Education departments.
 
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects moving while providing thoughtful administrative and project support at a mission-centered organization. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, proactive, flexible, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Support development department with donor communications, records, acknowledgments, scheduling, research, events, and fundraising activities.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support across all departments.
  • Assist with scheduling, meetings, calendars, correspondence, documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Help coordinate organizational projects, events, and day-to-day operations.
  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and project needs.
  • Communicate professionally with staff, donors, community members, partners, and vendors.
  • Take on special projects and other responsibilities that strengthen JCRB|AJC.
  • Support in-person program needs, including event setup, materials, logistics, registration, and on-site coordination.

  • Proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach.
  • Good judgment and discretion with confidential information.
  • Proficiency with email, calendars, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Interest in nonprofit, community engagement, mission-driven, and/or Jewish communal work.
  • Willingness to learn and pitch in wherever needed.
