Building on the success of our recently completed $55M+ capital campaign, we will work together to achieve the annual support needs of the School and the goals of our inspired and transformational Strategic Plan, Strategic Plan - Pembroke Hill School.
Job Summary: The Pembroke Hill School is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Director of Development to join its team. The Director of Development is responsible for meeting fundraising goals by strategizing, cultivating, personally soliciting and stewarding gifts of $10,000 + in partnership with the Assistant Head of School, Head of School, and leadership volunteers.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 6 years of progressive fundraising experience, including 3 years of successful major gift fundraising.
- Exhibit mastery of CRM donor management system.
- Supervisory experience.
- Proven ability that indicates individual major gifts solicitation success.
- Occasional weekend and evening work, occasional travel.
Schedule: This is a year round position paid time off in accordance with employee benefit plans.
Compensation: Compensation will be based on a competitive norm influenced by area and peer schools, using years of experience and the highest completed degree. Transcripts and verification of employment will be required.
