Location: Gladstone, MO | Full-Time | $50,000–$60,000 + Benefits

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence and community impact? The Children’s Services Fund of Clay County is on the lookout for a detail-driven Operations Manager to help power our mission: advancing the mental health and well-being of children across our community.

What You'll Do:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team.  This individual will play a critical role in defining and implementing the infrastructure needed to support the mission of the Fund.  The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, optimize internal processes, and ensure the organization is functioning at its highest capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
• Administrative Support: Serve as direct support to the Executive Director.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve operational processes and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Grant Management: Support the grant management process by ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with funding requirements.
• Technology Management: Oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure and ensure that technology effectively supports the organization's needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with community partners, funders, and other stakeholders to support the organization’s goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred
• 3+ years of experience in operations management
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and other relevant software

Benefits & Additional Info:

• Salary Range:  $50,000 - $60,000

• The positions reports to the Executive Director and completes other duties as assigned
