- 3–5 years of progressively responsible administrative, operations, office management, healthcare, education, nonprofit, or related experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience with Practice Perfect or similar practice-management software
- Experience with scheduling, intake, referrals, or client services
- Experience with financial transactions or payment processing
- Experience coordinating with outside technology or facilities vendors
- Experience conducting administrative audits or quality-control reviews
- Experience with Office Workspace, Zoom, electronic fax, or similar systems
