Project Manager
Job Title: Project Manager
Responsibilities
Project Manager perform a wide range of duties to support organization efficiency, including:
- Managing the project budget and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating information for Board of Directors.
- Preparing, editing, and proofreading correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital, and handling confidential documents with discretion.
- Assisting with special projects, research, and packing required data documents for grant submittal.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Preparing the majority of internal and external communication. i.e. writing and editing letters, reports, memos, emails, invoices, or reports, and instructional documents.
- Creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
- Maintain accounting software system and performing all expenditures, invoices, purchase orders and grant fund allocations.
- Knowledge of budget management and cost-control measures
- Leadership and patience when working with project team members
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher preferred Accounting and/or Project Management
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to use financial software i.e Business Intuit Quickbooks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to details, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Optional Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Organizational Management (OM) may be advantageous. Some knowledge of construction project management preferred.
Working Conditions
The role can involve fast-paced tasks, coordinating and organizing paperwork required for special project data for grants to government entities i.e., City, County and State.
Job Type: Part Time
Salary Range: $30,000 - 49,999
