Nonprofit Connect's new office is now open!

For the next few weeks, we will have 'Open House' hours in the afternoon, Tuesday - Thursday, for anyone to stop on by for a tour. We'd love to show you around, pour you a cup of coffee, and introduce you to our new space.

Note from our President & CEO Luann:
"It's funny that while this Summer has seemed to crawl by, I'm still surprised to already be here, writing this note announcing Nonprofit Connect's new office is now open. When we began looking for a new home last year, I never imagined that we would find ourselves nestled in the Crossroads Arts District. It's thrilling to be here now.
I was asked many times by our realtor what we were looking for in a new space. And among all the important factors, good location, ability to host programs/institutes, plenty of parking, the answer I kept coming back to was a home for our organization and staff. More-so than anything else we needed a space that was conducive to our workflow, and our culture. And I think we've found that.
These past two weeks, while we've moved in, have really cemented to me that our new space IS a home. We’ve shared in the joy (and labor!) of unpacking boxes, making Costco runs, setting up our coffee pot, moving into our offices and all the other small things, together.
We cannot wait to show it off to you. Whether you find yourself coming by during our 'Open House' hours, or one of our Roundtables this Fall, we think you'll be pleasantly surprised by the warm energy of the space. I know we all have been.
I would also be remiss if I didn't take a moment to thank all the terrific people who made this happen. Thank you to Brian Bacon at CBRE, Pete Lacy at Lacy & Company, Mike Skidmore at GPS-KC, Julia Hartman at Odimo, Thad O'Brien at Ideolity, our fantastic staff for their flexibility, and our board of directors who saw this vision early on and supported us in chasing it.
So with all that said, I want to formally invite you to swing on by and get a tour! We're open for appointment during normal office hours, but we are 'opening the house' Tuesday - Thursday from 12:00 - 3:00 PM for tours, camaraderie, and of course coffee! Come on by and see the space for yourself. We'll be here!"
