Rohan Pidaparti, Social Impact Practice Leader leads CBIZ EFL’s Social Impact executive search practice – sourcing, recruiting, and evaluating talented leadership for change-driven organizations. Previously, he served as a member of Teach for America’s Product Innovation team, led an edtech accelerator at LeanLab Education, and taught middle school math at the Ewing Marion Kauffman School. Rohan holds a bachelor’s degree in Government from Harvard College and a master’s degree in secondary education from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. In his free time, Rohan enjoys basketball, spicy foods, and consuming endless streams of content.
Dionne King, CEO & Strategic Consultant is an award-winning cultural strategist who leads DMK Consults. She works with industry leaders across the nation to develop more inclusive and culturally competent communities and work environments. Her 20+ years of experience effectuates change for policies, personnel development, business operations and community relations practices. Dionne is also an approved mediator for the Office of Dispute Resolution in Clay and Jackson Counties in Missouri. She authors curriculum for colleges and provides expert commentary on television, radio, podcasts and magazines. Her clients appreciate her ability to help reimagine a better work environment while providing practical tools to do so. Her superpowers are leading strategic change and helping people find their "do better."
