Executive Leader Bootcamp
Serving as a nonprofit Executive Director or CEO is both deeply rewarding and uniquely challenging. These leaders bear the critical responsibility of delivering high-quality programs, maintaining financial stability, strengthening board governance, and envisioning long-term sustainability—all while navigating the pressures of organizational leadership.
The role often comes with a sense of isolation, as leaders may lack peers within their organizations with whom they can openly discuss sensitive issues and navigate complex challenges. Balancing the demands of daily operations with the need to drive strategic vision requires resilience, adaptability, and a supportive network to ensure success at the top. The Executive Leader Bootcamp is a 4-session introductory learning opportunity for new or recently appointed executive directors.
The sessions will provide the tools needed to succeed in the core areas of:
- Operational Structure,
- Board Management,
- Fund Development,
- Leadership.
- Four weekly sessions from 1:00 - 4:00 PM on the following Wednesdays - May 28th, June 4th, 11th & 18th
- In person sessions held at Nonprofit Connect
- Limited attendance of 17 participants.
- Participating organizations must currently have 501c status.
- Participants must be in a paid executive director role.
- Participants must commit to attend all 4 sessions and fully participate in each.
- We expect the Executive Leader Bootcamp to sell out quickly and have a waitlist. To confirm your seat, the fee must be paid in full by September 24. If the payment is not received by this date, your spot will be given to someone on the waitlist.
