Join the Parkinson's Foundation free educational program, " Learn More. Live Better. Parkinson’s Symposium " on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, presented by the Krupp Smith Family Foundation. Hear expert speakers Muhammad Nashatizadeh, M.D. and Kelvin K. Au, M.D., FRCPC from the Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Center at University of Kansas Medical Center, a Parkinson’s Foundation Krupp Smith Family Foundation Center of Excellence, as well as Brooke Heffernan, MD from St. Luke’s Neurology and Megan Roberts, MS, RD, LD from John Knox Village share how Living with Parkinson’s can be challenging, but there are many things you can do to maintain and improve your quality of life. Gain a better understanding how important lifestyle factors help you live your best life, including Exercise, Nutrition, and Sleep, as well as a live Q&A with Parkinson’s experts. This in-person program is open to people with Parkinson's, their families, friends, providers/practitioners, and the community. There is no charge to attend, but registration is required at Parkinson.org/KC. Check-in, Lunch, and Resource Fair start at 12pm. Program runs 12:30pm-4:00pm.
