
Let's Connect: Volunteer Management
Undoubtedly, volunteers are the lifeblood of our nonprofit community. We count on them to support our programs and move our missions forward. During this current health crisis, volunteer managers have had to rethink ways to recruit, engage, protect and lead their volunteers. Join your peers to discuss what volunteer management looks like going forward. How should we be communicating with volunteers? What should organizations be doing to protect volunteers? What conversations are you having within your own organizations?
This session is especially recommended for volunteer managers, event managers, and those who work directly with volunteers at your organization.
The discussion will be facilitated by Noreen Bridgham, Director of Programming at Nonprofit Connect, and special guest Victoria Patrick, Director of Race Operations and Community Engagement at Girls on the Run KC.
