What is the Listening Tour?
The Listening Tour is a series of community conversations designed to gather feedback, understand needs, and strengthen our relationship with those we serve. It is an opportunity for you to share your thoughts, ideas, and experiences directly with us.
Why Participate?
- Your Voice Matters: This is your (or a representative from your organization) chance to influence the direction of our future programming and ensure that it aligns with your organization needs.
- Build a Stronger Community: By participating, you’ll help us identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Foster Collaboration: We aim to create a space for open dialogue and collaboration between our organization and the members we serve.
How to Get Involved:
We have scheduled one virtual session on Monday, August 19th, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
What to Expect:
During the sessions, we will ask open-ended questions to encourage meaningful discussions. All feedback will be recorded and used to inform our strategic planning.
**Sample Discussion Topics:**
- What programming has your organization benefitted the most from?
- What are the most pressing professional development/training needs for your organization?
- How do you perceive our organization’s efforts in addressing these needs?
- What suggestions do you have for improving our programs?
