Logic Models: Sweat Now or Bleed Later
A logic model is a framework and way of thinking to help us improve our work and be accountable for results. By using a logic model, you can plan a project in advance, monitor program activities and evaluate it afterward. In fact, many funders require logic models in their grant applications.
In this workshop you’ll learn the principles underlying all logic models, see several common templates, and begin filling in those annoying blanks on a logic model template. This presentation will be helpful to program personnel, administrators, grant writers, and fund raisers.
Presenter Cynthia Robinson has been in nonprofit management and pursuing grants since 1981. She is the founder of Grantelligence, an organization that helps nonprofit agencies thrive through grants and fund raising, and is recently retired.
A program of the Grant Writing series.
