Navigating the Multi-Generational Workplace
With a workforce comprised of four very different generations, today’s nonprofit organizations are more unique and diverse than ever before. As leaders struggle to recruit new volunteers and employees, they must also focus on mentoring and training their emerging leaders; most of whom are from the Millennial generation.
