About Our Host
The Negro Leagues Baseball Museum is the world’s only museum dedicated to preserving and celebrating the rich history of African-American baseball and its impact on the social advancement of America. Since being founded under the leadership of late chairman John “Buck” O’Neil and opening its remarkable new space in the 18th & Vine District in 2006, the NLBM has welcomed more than 2-million visitors and is designated as our National Negro Leagues Baseball Museum.
