Nonprofit Executive Breakfast
Nonprofit Executive Breakfasts are held three times per year to bring together the executive leaders of Kansas City's nonprofits for idea sharing and networking. Your participation is important to us and to our colleagues. Join us to nurture partnerships and build supportive relationships with peers over a casual breakfast.
Building a Strong Employer Brand
In this challenging hiring market, top talent has options. You have an employer brand, even if you haven't formally defined what it is yet — and that’s what communicates to your next great hire who you are and why they should choose to work for you. Marketing professionals regularly find customers who don’t know they need a product, present a compelling brand message, and convert people from prospects to customers. It's time to apply consumer marketing strategies to your HR program to bring in the right resumes.
Please note: Attendance at this breakfast is solely for nonprofit executive directors and CEOs
This is a program of the Executive Leadership Track.
