Nonprofit Executive Breakfast
Nonprofit Executive Breakfasts are held three times per year with the goal of bringing together the executive leaders of Kansas City's nonprofits for idea sharing and networking. Your participation is important to us and to your colleagues throughout the Kansas City area. Join us to nurture partnerships and build supportive relationships with peers over casual breakfast.
Stronger Together: The Power of Strengths Based Leadership
What makes you a strong leader? The answer to this question is as much about your leadership strengths as it is how you leverage the talents of others to achieve a shared goal or mission.
Join Certified Gallup Strengths Coach, A’Yanna Webster as she leads you through a reflective and interactive discovery to identify and effectively leverage your leadership strengths, using the widely known CliftonStrengths assessment. Gain clear insight on what drives your leadership approach along with actionable tools to increase your leadership effectiveness, drive strategic delegation, and foster team empowerment.
In addition to breakfast and camaraderie with your fellow-execs, each registrant will also receive their top 5 strengths according to the Gallup Strengths Inventory.
Please note: Attendance at this breakfast is solely for nonprofit executive directors and CEOs.
This is a program of the Executive Leadership Track.
