Session 2: Advocacy Up Close (A Case Study)
This second session is ideal for nonprofit staff, board members, and community activists ready to see successful examples of how philanthropy and nonprofits partner together to create policy change. Funders are also welcome at this session.
Join Heartland Center for Jobs and Freedom and KC Tenants to learn what it takes for nonprofits to create policy change. This step-by-step case study will show what worked, lessons learned, and the importance of collaboration in advocacy efforts.
