Flex Your Empathy Muscle
As nonprofits, how we get work done matters as much as the work that we do. When there is so much to get done (and let's face it, when we're all exhausted from the last few years!), it's easy to bulldoze over the important role empathy plays in setting our organizational tone and culture. To start the year off right, come join us for a morning of motivation, inspiration, and exceptional wisdom from logic-based diversity strategist, Dr. Nicole Price.
Nonprofit Connect members can get a special sneak peek at the wisdom in Dr. Nicole Price's upcoming book, Spark the Heart: Engineering Empathy in the Workplace. Hear her make the case for prioritizing empathy in the workplace, especially as a leadership skill that can be learned, built, and developed. Leading with empathy is about understanding others and then strategically leveraging that understanding to make progress.
Join Dr. Nicole Price as she ignites an empathy revolution. Participants in this session will leave feeling energized and equipped to tackle the new year and our ambitious goals with empathy.
