Salary Negotiations with Connext: Make the Uncomfortable Comfortable
Have you ever been so excited to receive a job offer that you immediately took it, no questions asked about whether there's room to negotiate the salary? Does the thought of haggling over pay and benefits give you anxiety? In a recent study, only 38% of millennials negotiated with their employers after receiving an offer, despite 75% of hiring managers typically having room to increase their first salary offers by 5% to 10%!
Any discussions around compensation can be uncomfortable regardless of whether you are accepting a new position for the first time or vying for a promotion/raise within your current organization. So join Connext for an engaging panel discussion as we listen to three passionate HR and compensation experts share their most notable experiences at the negotiations table and offer insight into how you can negotiate with confidence and walk away with a salary you deserve.
