The Drivers of Change with Connext
In a fast-paced world with changing economies, technologies and global work forces, nonprofits must utilize proactive planning not just to survive, but to thrive. Join nonprofit experts Hannes Combest, FASAE, CAE and Diane Marty, MALS, CFRE for this interactive program on assessing and addressing the drivers of change likely to impact nonprofit operations. They will present an overview of nonprofit governance duties and structures highlighting ForesightWorks as an emergent governance strategy. ForesightWorks is a deliberate, evidence-based research initiative developed by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) to assist nonprofits in proactive planning for transformational shifts in our nonprofit work.
Through the workshop, attendees can expect to gain an enhanced understanding of organizational governance operations and the proactive roles individuals can fulfill in a futurist process as volunteers, staff, and committed stakeholders. Seats are limited — save your spot today.
This is the first of three interactive workshop sessions hosted by Rockhurst University through Nonprofit Connect exclusively for Connext members.
Diane Marty, MALS, CFRE
Founder and Principal of Faire Consulting, Diane spent nearly two decades “on the other side of the desk” before launching her consultancy specializing in accelerant growth phase strategies and operations in 2011.Since 2005 Diane has held an adjunct faculty appointment at Rockhurst University, currently in the Helzberg School of Management and also serves as a Senior Fellow at the Midwest Center for Nonprofit Leadership at UMKC.
